Atmosphere sintering furnace body material for the vacuum forming high purity alumina multi-component lightweight materials, using high temperature, heat storage capacity is small, heat and cold resistance, fast, no cracks, no slag droplets, good thermal insulation, reasonable structure, inside and outside of the double-layer furnace jacket and air-cooled heat dissipation, which can greatly shorten the test cycle.

Atmosphere sintering furnace is mainly used for silicon carbide, ceramics, cemented carbide, powder metallurgy, tungsten, molybdenum, alnico permanent magnet, SMCO5, SM2CO17 and aluminium-iron boron, titanium alloys, and other alloys such as vacuum, atmosphere sintering sintering of materials.

Advantages of Atmosphere Sintering Furnaces：

1. Vacuum helps to remove adsorbed gases and promote shrinkage in the late stage of sintering.

2. vacuum is conducive to the removal of silicon, aluminium, magnesium, calcium and other impurities or their oxides, play a role in purifying the material.

3. Vacuum can improve the wettability of liquid phase sintering, which is conducive to the contraction of the sintering process and improve the microstructure of the alloy.

4. vacuum is the ideal inert atmosphere. When other reducing gases or inert gases are not applicable, or when the material is easy to decarburisation and carburisation, vacuum sintering furnace can be used.
