Anode material graphite furnace product introduction:

Negative electrode material graphite furnace use: negative electrode material graphite furnace is mainly used for graphite powder purification, graphitising, high temperature treatment, etc. It can be used at temperatures up to 3050 ℃, with high production efficiency, energy saving and electricity saving.

Negative electrode material graphite furnace performance characteristics: 

1. Furnace body temperature uniformity: medium frequency induction heating, fast heating, high efficiency, unique furnace chamber design, greatly improving the temperature uniformity of the furnace body;

2. low energy consumption, good stability: the use of double-layer alumina brick insulation materials, to prevent carbon felt and coil short circuit, heat insulation and refractory effect is good, heat loss is small, equipment stability is good;

3. According to the needs of the process time can be a single set of power supply configuration of multiple electric furnaces, respectively, for multiple furnaces to energise the heating and power-off cooling, to achieve continuous work;   

4. digital flow monitoring system, power cabinet each way water flow monitoring and protection, furnace conversion using high-performance intermediate frequency contactor; comprehensive PLC water, electricity, gas automatic control and protection system;

5. the use of advanced IGBT series induction heating, less high harmonics, less pollution of the power grid, will not interfere with the operation of electronic equipment, energy saving and consumption reduction.
