Vacuum Melting Furnace Product Introduction:

Vacuum smelting furnace in vacuum conditions, the use of medium frequency induction heating principle, the metal melting complete set of vacuum smelting equipment, mainly for nickel-based alloys, precision alloys, high-temperature alloys, special steels, non-ferrous metals and their alloys in a vacuum or protective atmosphere for melting and casting.

Structure description of vacuum melting furnace:

1、Furnace body: double water sandwich structure, the inner wall of stainless steel (1Cr18Ni9Ti) materials, inner wall polishing, the outer wall of high-quality carbon steel and flange welded into a cylindrical structure, the flange plane open sealing groove, the use of "O" ring vacuum sealing and water-cooling devices (to prevent high temperature), air extraction holes, etc. "O" ring aging), pumping holes and so on. And set up steps for easy operation.

2, the furnace cover: the use of double-layer water sandwich head structure and flange welded into a whole, the inner wall of stainless steel (1Cr18Ni9Ti) materials, the inner wall polished, the outer wall of high-quality carbon steel water-cooling device, a rotating observation window, locking device, etc..

3, the bottom of the furnace: the same double-layer water sandwich head structure and the cylinder body welded into one, inside the casting platform or hole (casting long ingots) and set up water-cooling system, water-cooled ingot mould device, the bottom of the furnace wall welded with columns to support the furnace body and the furnace body coupling fixed.

4、Furnace frame: It is made of steel plate welded into cabinet frame structure, and the furnace body is placed on the frame.

5、Induction coil: made of high-quality rectangular copper tube winding inside the cooling water, external take-over coupling device.

6, water-cooled system: by a variety of valves, pipelines and other related devices and sound and light alarms automatically cut off the heating power supply.

7, intermediate frequency power supply: 100Kw KGPS silicon controlled intermediate frequency power supply, according to one tow two mode manufacturing reserved interface.

8, the main electrode and slewing bearing operating mechanism: from the electrode, curved electrodes, etc. and induction coil as a whole, through the handle operating mechanism to complete the casting process.

9, vacuum system: the three-stage pump configuration, by a 2X-70 rotary vane mechanical pump with solenoid valve (to prevent the vacuum pump oil due to a sudden power failure and back up), a ZJP-150 Roots pump, a TK-300 cavity diffusion pump with a cold trap (to prevent the oil vapour into the furnace chamber) ¢ 300 high vacuum butterfly valve, ¢ 80 manual butterfly valve, inflatable valves, deflating valves, the pumps and the vacuum pipeline connection with a metal Corrugated hose fast connection (to slow down the vibration), vacuum measurement by the composite vacuum gauge implementation.
